SPARTAN RACE! WELCOME BACK TO OUR CHANNEL.
In this video we will be talking about the types of spartan race, the gear to be used, how to train, and we will be giving you guys some tips!

Try The Keto Diet:
HOW TO TRAIN:
Work out an hour a day.
Burpees, this will be something that you better get good at because every time you fail to do an obstacle You will be required to do 30 burpees in order to continue with the rest.
run 1.5 miles (don’t forget that Cardio) it the most important.
Do compound movements (you’re going to be using every muscle in your body).
Train on strength ( there will lots of heavy lifting obstacles)
GEAR: Bring some good comfortable shoes.
some gloves that will help you get a better grip on certain obstacles.
Bring water (camel pack) great suggestion.
Bring a GO PRO to record the trail and see how well you did.- (for memories)
Bring an extra change of clothes to change after you have finished the spartan race.
DON’T BE AFRAID:
sigh up for your first spartan race, don’t hesitate!
Don’t be scared, everything will be okay. It will be worth it and you will have an incredible sense of accomplishment!

Spartan Sprint (3 miles) beginners
Spartan Super (8 miles) Medium
Spartan Beast (12+ miles) Advanced
At the end of every spartan race once it is completed you will receive: A spartan T-shirt, Some fulling snacks, and a metal!!
