Spartan Interval Training | Spring | Week 4 Day 3

5 minutes to complete:
Burpee x 10
Sandbag burpees x 9
One leg burpee x 8
Burpee to slam x 7
One leg burpee to slam x 6
Followed by a
Run x 11 min at comfortable aerobic effort
Repeat 10/9/8/7/6/5 burpee sets
Total Run Time = 16min
