Obstacle Race Training


So how do you get ‘obstacle race fit’ without having to live at the gym, or pound the pavement every day? Well, unfortunately there’s no way around putting in some consistent gym/running time and if you’re an Agoga customer, you’re in luck because we’ve just launched a brand new class, “Agoga Spartan”, that will specifically prep you for obstacle challenges.

For everyone else, the good news is that no matter which race you choose to do, there are 5 basic moves you can master that will really help you smash the competition – and not your own body — on the day. And you can do them absolutely anywhere!
