  1. Well my legs and stomach hurts so bad it hurts to lay down and the worst part about it is that i have gym class tomorrow and i have to train at my boxing gym

  2. Lmao I lift every day and do cardio everyday and I don’t have sore muscle. It’s called adaptation to the stress. Your body adapts and muscle recovery increases due to always experience stress. For example I train biceps everyday. But I don’t have any problem like muscle soreness. Also I have 3.5% Neanderthal DNA in mr maybe that could help and give me an advantage.

During those times when you feel like you’re the unluckiest person in the world and that you’re the only one who’s suffering, just remember, there are people all over the globe and on the other side of the world that are going through the same thing. Where can you find them? The comments section on YouTube.

  4. Haha the dietary recommendations were the worst haha. Especially snacking.. useless ! Your wasting energy digesting useless food when you could be conserving for healing. Oh and hey lets add water to dillute your stomach acids. Really logical guys 😉

  5. I’m in the hospital with rhabdomyolysis. This really hurts. I just want to be able to walk normal without the pain

  6. Today i woke up without being able to even move yet i went to the gym and made 40 minutes more of cardio… big mistake

  7. so basically, just embrace the suck 💪🏾 I have a big work out tmrrw & I’ll wipe my tears after the workout 😢😂 I know after a while, the soreness won’t be so bad

  8. My quads are shredded to the bone… slight ankle strain. Getting into running sucks ass, but feels great

    The mental high is worth the physical pain

  9. I heard when u exercise you tear your muscles and if u drink a lot of protein after the work out ur muscles rebuild themselves stronger

  10. It sucks to have sore muscles for me cause I’m on my high schools Nordic skiing team and the strength training we’re doing is so hard on my body but we have practice every day. So there is no time to relax and I know I’m not the only one with this problem. Help?
