What if we told you that we could get you ‘run fit’ in just 14 days? Whether you are brand spanking new to running (or physical activity in general), or just haven’t felt confident about your ability to hold a habit lately, you are in the right place. What is the Run Fit Challenge?

Every day for 14 days, you will be assigned one task (to take no more than 10 minutes). These tasks are described in-depth above and in the second video to follow. By the end, you’ll be fit enough to start running!

Who is it for?

At the core of it, this challenge will help ANYONE build (or rebuild) a habit of moving and making healthier choices to support that movement. We did create it with the total beginner – someone curious about running and working out but unsure of where to start – in mind.

What will it do for you?

We believe that learning to run or just be active in general is a combination of many things. While we’d like to believe that some people are born ‘fit’ and others not so much, the truth is that we all have a better shot of feeling good when we combine physical goals with mental/nutritional habits to support them. Running is a privilege and learning to love it starts with the right approach. We believe that by sticking with us for just 10 minutes a day, for 14 days, you’ll come out the other side more confident, feeling stronger and healthier, and ultimately ready to tackle anything you want. We also know that you’ll be ready to run!

Where can you participate?

Many places! Every daily challenge will be posted right here on YouTube (the first 7 days are in this video and the next 7 will be released next week).   1. any tips for 15m beep test please?My fitness levels are a bit better as I have started running but still getting tires fast.

  2. I’ve been running for a while now. Are there any videos with workouts that’ll help challenge my running fitness or help improve my mobility?

  3. Confused. Very confused. I watch the intro to this video multiple times to see if I missed something. Downloaded the app can’t find anything on a 14-day challenge. Thought maybe I downloaded the wrong app don’t see anything from run experience except one app.

  4. Greeting from Thailand. Actually, it’s gonna be 15 days to my next marathon. Unfortunately I caught a flu and rested in bed for the past 4 days. Thanks both coaches for this content.
