  4. I awoke tonight with stiff back and just happened to catch this. Already the neck exercises and shoulder blade flexes brought some relief.

  5. getting rid of those shoes would help. I’ve been exercising all my life. climbing big mountains and now playing 15 hours of tennis a week at 76 YO.

    i have rt supraspinatus tendinopathy
    i did shock wave therapy
    8 sessions there is a good improvement
    they advised me to start swimming to strengthen muscles
    i started 3 sessions till now
    but still feel pain on extra range of movement
    any advise from you

  8. I have fromanal stenosis. You mentioned 1 stretch that you shouldn’t do. Is fromanal stenosis OK?

  14. I did this on my final exam from stiff neck after sitting in front of uncomfortable school desks 5 days ago and the prof was looking at me weird lol. But it did help a lot

  15. If you have a "military neck" ( no curvature of the cervical spine)… Wouldn’t the Chin Tuck only make it worse.. or at least not be helpful?

    Please respond. Suffering from severe pain in left arm – right from neck to pointing finger.

    C5-6 cervical herniation is the cause of pain.

  18. You both are wonderful! I just watched your exercises not to do and as a trainer and massage therapist I a hundred percent agree. Bent over rows are the devil lol and unless you have insane mobility overhead press is a no go. Couldn’t have said it better
    myself. Amazing videos.

I’m 75 and my muscles are becoming stiff and weak so the stretches have felt so good, and I feel so much more relaxed afterwards. I HAVE  A  SEVER  MUSCLE STRAIN IN MY LOWER NECK.  *( LEFT SIDE )  and it goes straight up my neck and head,    I AM TAKING THE  TYLENOL,  I want to know  if ,  I should use this " Beyond  BODIHEAT ‘ IT SAYS THAT THIS IS A 12 HOUR OF RELEIF PAIN RELIEF.  I NEVER USE THIS.  AND THERE IS A CAUTION NOT TO PUT DIRECTLY ON THE SKIN.  CAN YOU HELP ME. PLEASE.
